PSD councilor Alberto Iosif Caraian was the protagonist of an unprecedented episode, Friday morning, during the meeting of the Local Council of Sector 1.
When the secretary of the meeting started calling local councillors, the social democrat went online with the video camera on and it was then noticed that he was in the shower.
At that moment, several laughs were heard in the meeting room at the District 1 City Hall, with some people asking the secretary of the meeting to tell him to close the room. The laughter continued.
“Albert, we appreciate your dedication, but close the camera,” says a colleague of the councilor at one point. “Take care of the image”, his colleagues continued to draw his attention.
In the end, the local councilor closed the room and the meeting continued.
