Queen Elizabeth did meet her eleventh great-grandchild quite soon after Harry and Meghan returned home with their newborn daughter. This happened via a video call, which according to insiders, the new parents “couldn’t wait, they were so eager to show their baby to the Queen”.
On Sunday it was announced that Lili was born on Friday 4 June. The girl is named by her full name Lilibet ‘Lili’ Diana Mountbatten-Windsor after both her great-grandmother, Queen Elizabeth, and Harry’s mother, Princess Diana.
