A little pilgrimage – retreat in the Rabanus-Maurus-Kirche Petersberg 13.3.22 – Rhön Canal

Also this year the Corona Pandemic prevents us from meeting on March 13th in Thalau.

However, we don’t want to neglect the community entirely. Last year we had to conduct the retreat online. Many have confirmed to us that they were able to feel a piece of “Valldürner flair”.

Of course, an online event does not replace a celebration of encounters.

But the pilgrimage must remain alive! This year, on March 13th, we will celebrate the day of retreat in the Rabanus-Maurus-Kirche, Am Ziegelberg 26, 36100 Petersberg.

The program is planned:

4.30 p.m. Stations of the Cross,
followed by commemoration of the pilgrims who died between 2019 and 2022

5 p.m. Eucharistic celebration,
then honors for 25, 40 and 50 years.

Pilgrimage musicians will musically participate in the Way of the Cross and the Eucharistic celebration.

The Rabanus-Maurus-Kirche has 130 seats, so that attendance is possible.
