they already passed three months and although the controversy between the owners of the venue and the Cine Rex company continuesthe return of the cinema to Roca seems to have settled again.
It is that in the last days, a series of renovations were observed in the facilities that -according to the owners of the property- had been “detonated” since the previous tenants took absolutely everything. And they added that what they could not take “they broke” or “destroyed” it.

Negotiation
