How can you complain that a platform, where users express their opinions, spreads disinformation? That’s the same as suing an internet provider because something on the internet is wrong.
On X you have community notes. If something is not right, you can respond to it. Not rude either, but 100% better than the EC/EU proving what is true for me.
Not everything on the internet is true, not everything said on TV is true, not everything in the newspaper is true, not everything a politician says is true, etc.
Fact checkers are also not always neutral, sometimes biased, do not have all the information, their own agenda, etc.
