A letter from AlAhli Bank to its customers regarding credit cards and salaries

The National Bank of Egypt announced, on its official Facebook page, that it has made available some services related to credit cards and salaries.

The National Bank of Egypt confirmed that the customer can activate, suspend or request a new secret number for salary and credit cards, in addition to issuing a lost credit card replacement for individual customers of AlAhli Net, indicating that the customer can activate or stop the security token device through AlAhli Net and AlAhli Mobile service .

The National Bank indicated that card services will be made available to all existing customers subscribing to the financial transactions service between the customer’s accounts, and the services of security token devices will be made available to all existing customers participating in the financial transactions service outside the customer’s accounts.
