The CProvincial Blood Entrance will reward those who join its campaign of voluntary donation of blood, plasma or convalescent plasma, through the raffle of an official T-shirt of Leo Ponzio, current River Plate player.
The idea is that those who make their contribution to the well-being of patients who are currently fighting a disease, will benefit in some way.
How to take part
The only way to participate in the draw is “helping save lives“, they indicated.
And they deepened: “Those who wish to do so, must join as a voluntary donor of blood, plasma or platelets and will automatically be participating in the draw. Together we can ensure that many patients can win this match,” they said.
The basic requirements to donate are: be between 18 and 65 years of age, weigh more than 50 kilograms, have more than a year passed since the last surgery, childbirth, tattoo, piercing or acupuncture, be in good health, do not smoke during 2 hours prior to extraction. They should not be presented on an empty stomach (do not consume dairy products and derivatives); not have donated blood in the last 3 months. They also highlighted that people with diabetes, hypertension or thyroid problems can donate blood, only that they should not take the medication hours before the extraction.
