A leader from Donetsk announced that he was setting up his own administration in Mariupol

The head of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) in eastern Ukraine issued a decree today establishing his own administration in the besieged city of Mariupol, TASS reported, quoted by BTA.

In addition, the DNR leader has instructed the head of the new administration to develop its status, structures and staff. According to the decree, district administrations must be established in the city.
