Daniel Lombana, looking to cross borders
Daniel Lombana continues to climb the music scene.
Lombana has made her name in this area and seeks to transcend borders in her career.
The musician and lawyer took advantage of last year’s confinement to create the ‘Cumbia encerrá’, a daring and avant-garde fusion of rhythms from the Congo of Colón, crossing the Azuero peninsula, seasoned with psychedelic and ethereal notes that evoke the freedom of colors of jazz and experimental music with a touch of the Afro-Cuban key, he explained.
He added that the anguish, anxiety and chaos of the last few months were fragments of the inspiration that led him to capture a diversity of sensations in this piece that takes him on an intersensory journey, farmed in the science fiction of yesteryear and national folklore.
This work, which was recorded with the collaboration of national and international musicians, is available on Spotify, Deezer, Tidal and all digital platforms.
The young man told El Siglo that he is busy in various activities on a daily basis, however he will try to publish new songs every three months.
