After the criminal complaint, the Gender Violence Court No. 1 on February 19 made it known through a notification to Huespe that “in order to safeguard the psychophysical integrity of the complainant, provide for a period of 60 days the measures precautionary, to refrain from exercising acts of physical or mental violence, as well as uttering insults, offensive words, or displaying threatening behavior by any means, against the victim. “
This judicial measure was issued preventively until the investigations progress, because in addition the copies of the proceedings were sent to the Victim Assistance Center and to the Specialized Unit in these types of crimes of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, substantiate the complaint that weighs against you and request other procedural measures against the accused.
