The actor, director and director of Ādolfs Alunāns Jelgava Theater Arvīds Matisons has passed away.
Ādolfs Alunāns Jelgava Theater and Jelgava State Municipality Institution “Kultūra” have shared mourning messages on the social site Facebook.
“Another gambler has joined the stage of eternity. We say goodbye to our actor, director and director – Arvīds Matisons,” said the theater recording.
Matisons has worked for Latvian Television for many years, but then devoted his entire creative life to Ādolfs Alunāns Jelgava Theater, where he has worked since 1969.
Ādolfs Alunāns Jelgava Theater was founded in 1959, but it has been active in this field much earlier.
