A large-scale police operation is underway in Turkey – the Balkans

Turkish police conducted an operation today against members of an organized crime group, the Anatolian Agency reported.

The action began in Istanbul, involving five Turkish provinces. 121 addresses were searched with arrest warrants for 63 suspects, including Sedat Pecker, appointed leader of the criminal group, BNR added.

Pecker is said to be abroad. It is established that the suspects are actively involved in criminal activities, including robberies, robberies, bribes and other crimes, and have participated in the creation of an organized criminal group.

The police operation was supported by drones and special operations teams.

Sedat Packer’s name became popular again last week after a scandal broke out in the Republic of Northern Macedonia. It turned out that in Skopje, Peker was issued a Macedonian passport in the name of Jadin Amedovski.
