This morning, an action by the Ministry of the Interior began near Burgas. According to NOVA, it is an investigation of a group that deals with the trade and registration of expensive stolen cars.
All exits of Burgas are blocked. According to unofficial information, the measures taken are related to the neutralization of an organized criminal group that is engaged in buying, registering and selling luxury cars that are the subject of crimes.
Employees of the Main Directorate of the National Police, the regional directorates of the police in Burgas and Varna are participating in the operation, and the operation is under the leadership of the district prosecutor’s office in Burgas.
Official information on the number of those checked and possibly arrested is expected later in the year.
