Al-Marsad Newspaper: Kuwaiti National Assembly member Mubarak Al-Hajraf called on relevant authorities in his country to apply the experience of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, in the field of medicine distribution.
And he said during one of the sessions of the National Assembly: “Medicines in Kuwait are openly looted and stolen during the day at arrivals and others, and everyone sees the bags appearing on social media.”
Mubarak Al-Hajraf added, “There is an experience in European countries. There are no pharmacies in government hospitals, and Saudi Arabia and the UAE have applied this experience.”
And he continued: “Why should I bear this cost with public money, when the money is wasted and goes to the unworthy”, asking for the supply of medicines in private pharmacies in exchange for insurance for the citizen.
