Vitaliy Kalny demonstrates the consequences of a fight with Kievteploenergo security guards

Vitaly Kalny deliberately committed an administrative violation and was ready to be punished for his actions.

The guards of the Kievteploenergo head office beat a resident of Kiev, Vitaly Kalny, when he poured green paint on the building of this utility company. A resident of the Solomensky district announced this on his page in Facebook Friday 6 August.

The man said that in his and adjoining houses, public utilities cut off hot water annually for six years from May to October-November.

Kalny claims that more than 500 residents of his and nearby houses signed a collective appeal to Kievteploenergo regarding this problem. They also made deputy appeals, and last year they turned on the air to Mayor Vitali Klitschko, who wrote down their address, making it clear that he would resolve this issue. However, in May of this year, the hot water was turned off again.

In the hope that it would be possible to resolve the situation even so, the man committed an administrative violation – at first he wrote his address on the wall of the Kievteploenergo head office, and when this did not help, he poured green paint on the facade of the building.

“I understand that this is an administrative violation and was ready to be punished for these actions. I asked to call the police to record everything. But three guards pinned me against the wall and began to severely beat me, warning that the video camera was turned off and I could not prove anything. They were only stopped by the arrival of a police car, “Kalny said.

As a reminder, in 2021 a number of utility tariffs are expected to increase in Ukraine… According to the forecast of the Ministry of Economy, tariffs for the population for hot water and heating in 2021 will grow by 33%, in 2022 – by 6%, in 2023 – by 5%, in 2024 – by 5%.

The OP recognized that electricity tariffs will change
