The Department Strategic Marketing & Branding Its mission is to oversee the B2B, B2B2C and B2C communication initiatives that make the difference for the AG brand, with our distribution partners, all our stakeholders and the general public.

To strengthen this department, we are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager. Its mission and responsibilities will be multiple:

Brand strategy : develop a competitive brand positioning and strategy, in close collaboration with the company’s marketing and sales departments, as well as specialized external agencies. Pilot the deployment of this strategy and its execution, both in terms of content and media plans. Analyze the activities of the competition as well as the marketing trends of the sector.

Management of the brand : ensure respect for the values ​​and integrity of the brand in all innovations and communications initiated within the company. Advise and support the development of new brands within a strong and recognizable architecture.

Marketing communication strategy : develop the best integrated communication strategy (media and creative) for the brand or for its product lines, in close collaboration with the various business units. Contribute to briefings for creative and media agencies, follow-up on recommendations and analyze campaign performance.

Marketing studies : drive the market studies necessary for a perfect understanding of the dynamics of the brand with its different target groups. From the selection of the most suitable research institutes, to the briefing and, finally, to the analysis and presentation of the results.

• You will report directly to the Head of Branding, Marketing and Media.

• You will work in a team with a Brand Communication Officer and in close collaboration with many internal departments.

You recognize yourself in this profile?

• You have at least five years of experience in brand strategy and or B2C marketing communication strategy, worked for the advertiser, in a creative communication, marketing or media agency.

• You also have experience in marketing digital ? You score important points! And even experience in managing a small team? Yet another plus.

• You show an insatiable curiosity for new trends marketing, societal and more particularly in terms of communication.

• You have a spirit of collaboration and the ability to work with multiple teams.

• You can rely on your ability to conviction to promote your ideas and contribute to a culture of change.

• You don’t hesitate to get your hands dirty. And you show good resistance to stress.

• You have an excellent command of Dutch, French and English.
