A husband attacked and beat his wife in their apartment in Plovdiv. The ugly scenes occurred on the night of December 13-14, Deputy District Attorney Atanas Iliev announced during a briefing. According to him, the beating was accompanied by an attempted rape. All of this happened in the presence of their 5-year-old twin boys. At one point the woman managed to escape. She immediately sought help from a neighbor who called the police. The uniform arrested the rapist.
Atanas Iliev has announced another glaring case of domestic violence. The perpetrator was tried for murder, released early. On December 12, he left the clinic where he was being treated for alcoholism and returned home to his mother.
The next day, December 13, a brutal beating followed. His son went crazy, he hit his mother, he broke everything he saw: telephone, furniture, chairs. The victim managed to escape to seek help from neighbors. A police report follows. The uniforms act like lightning. When she sees his son handcuffed, he realizes that things are real and serious, he begins to convince the police that everything is fine, that nothing has happened, asking them to leave him alone.
