A tragic incident happened this afternoon on the beach near the International Youth Center in Primorsko, reports Flagman.bg.
A 130-kilogram tourist was stricken by a massive heart attack by the 3rd post, he died within minutes, and the paramedics who arrived on the scene only ascertained his death.
The victim is Valcho T. from Plovdiv, 57 years old.
At about 3:30 p.m., he decided to enter the water, literally sank to his knees and suddenly slipped into the water. The two rescuers on duty from post 3 gave him first aid, they also called an ambulance, but it was too late for the plump Plovdiv resident.
