A huge tragedy! Desi Rizova lost her closest person

Journalist and chairman of the supervisory board of the SBZ Venka Rizova died. This was reported by her daughter, bTV journalist Desislava Rizova.

“My sweet Venche is gone. Mom, how I love you. My heart is broken,” wrote the journalist on her personal Facebook profile, sharing a photo with her late mother.

Venka Rizova is a longtime union leader at BNT and board member of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists.

She was the leader of union protests against Liliana Popova (2001), Emil Vladkov (2004), Ulyana Prmova (2010), writes Lyuboslovie.bg.

Rizova is also the main eyewitness of the October 2010 incident, when a witness tried to enter the Presidency by car – because “he had a meeting there with Interior Minister Tsvetan Tsvetanov (GERB)” – no joke, so it is written in the newspapers of a group of newspapers “Bulgaria”.
