New surveillance video shows the moment a driver ran a red light and fatally struck a man in Brooklyn.
From NY1 News, the video stopped just before the impact.
The incident happened shortly after 3am on Thursday.
Félix Méndez, 49, was hit while crossing Bedford Avenue at the intersection with Lafayette Avenue.
The truck driver did not stop.
Mendez was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No one was arrested.
