A 15-year-old high school student was indicted Wednesday for “death threat” after threatening a teacher to “cut his head” in his high school in Caluire-et-Cuire, near Lyon, report our colleagues from Progress.
Monday around 5:30 pm, this second year student at the professional high school André Cuzin had been placed in police custody after having launched in front of a teacher: “I will cut off his head”, according to a police source.
Facing the principal, he had tried to minimize his remarks by assuring that he had simply said: “He wants to have his head cut off”.

But the high school student then admitted the facts in police custody before being brought before the children’s judge.
Indicted for “death threat against a person charged with a public service mission”, the young boy was placed under “supervised liberty”, a criminal measure for educational and preventive purposes, said the parquet.
