A heavy vehicle crashed on Lahti’s southern ring road, i.e. highway 12, on Thursday after 3 p.m. The lane is currently closed to traffic and according to the rescue service, there is damage in the direction of Tampere.
Iltalehti’s on-site reader Oona Joutjärvi tells you that traffic is currently stopped in both directions. Joutjärvi says that the queue has been standing for almost half an hour so far.
– There are six fire engines and police patrols.
The authority alternately directs traffic past the venue. The rescue service has cleaned the diesel out of the terrain.
