Suara.com – Many people want to get body weight which is ideal. Some of them then do diet to achieve that target.
However, a clinical nutrition specialist from the University of Indonesia, Dr. Cut Hafiah M. Gizi, SpGK, AIFOK, FINEM said healthy diet not a matter of the amount or value of the weight that was successfully reduced.
“Diet is not just a number or a value. It’s not about how much, but how to change everything (lifestyle),” said he, who practices at the SKYN Clinic, as quoted from ANTARA.
According to Hafia, what needs to be changed is the lifestyle and eating patterns that originally consumed excessive snacks, become more focused and organized. Then a healthy diet also changes sedentary habits or a lot of sitting to start moving, such as exercising regularly.

Starting from the habit of snacking, stress due to limited activity and space, Reza’s weight increased to 73.4 kg. He was then motivated to live a healthier life by consistently following a healthy diet program. After following the diet, she was able to lose weight in two weeks.
