The newborn was found by children
Students found an abandoned newborn in a cemetery for Turkish soldiers in the city of Adyaman, eastern Turkey, Turkish television NTV reported.
Four high school students visited the cemetery park today, where soldiers who died in various battles are buried. Shortly before they left, they heard a baby crying and then found a newborn who was partially buried near a soldier’s grave. The children immediately called the police.

Police and medics arrived in the area, after which the baby was transported to a hospital in Adyaman. Doctors have determined that his condition is good.
Police have launched an investigation into the scandal.
