A guest from Uzbekistan in Andrejsala learns to drive a car and crashes into a tree – Road and law – Car

“On the fifth day, at five in the morning, information was received that a car had caused a collision in Andrejsala and there were two people trying to leave the scene,” says Pēteris Amoliņš, Inspector of the Northern Department of Riga Municipal Police.

The police immediately went to the emergency place indicated by the caller, and soon found the car of the victim, which was surrounded by several young men and an angry eyewitness, reports TV3 in Degpunkta.

In a subsequent conversation, one of the young police officers explained that he had learned to drive, ride and hit a tree, but people had not been injured and an tow truck had already been called. The side sitting confirmed what he said to the law enforcement officers.

“It was empty, I just couldn’t get my foot off the gas,” said the cause of the accident, who, like his “driving instructor” that night, turned out to be an Uzbek citizen.

After it was found out that the young people did not need medical help, the traffic police officers arrived at the scene. Tests with an breathalyzer revealed that the “instructor” was under the influence of about one mile.

Therefore, no matter what version the young people come up with, protocols have been drawn up at the scene about causing an accident, driving without a license and driving under the influence.
