Comet C/2022 E3. How to observe this unusual object?
“Comet C/2022 E3 will be at perihelion, or closest to the Sun, on January 12, and at perigee, or closest to our planet, on February 1. The brightness of comets is unpredictable” – reports via its website, the National Aeronautics and Space Agency. Despite this, observers are encouraged to look up at the sky. People who plan to observe the green comet at night should go to a place away from city lights. Optical equipment is also a good idea – most details of the celestial body will be visible through the telescope, but in favorable conditions the comet can also be seen through binoculars. Sometimes the brightness of the object will allow its observation with the “naked eye”.
