The Hubble Space Telescope is facing a new technical challenge, the latest in a series of problems that have kept the old observatory out of its game in recent years.
“Hubble Science Instruments entered safe mode on Monday after experiencing synchronization problems with the spacecraft’s internal communications,” tweet NASA. “Scientific observations have been temporarily suspended while the team investigates the matter. The instrument remains in good health.”

Safe mode is designed to keep the telescope steady and allow it to remain powered by solar panels while the team tackles any technical issues that plague them.
NS The space observatory ran into tense technical issues earlier this year I left it in safe mode for a month while NASA worked on turning it into a backup device. The repair was successful and Hubble was back in action, but not to mention the fact that the telescope was more than three decades old.

Hubble is a joint project of NASA and the European Space Agency. Despite the gaps, the telescope has proven to be very resilient in returning to service. NASA hopes to continue operating for many years with even the most powerful next generation Finally, the James Webb Space Telescope begins its flight in December.
