All day, worried parents searched for 8-year-old Eva from Dobrich. The child went missing around 1pm on Wednesday and was found at 10am on August 4.
On Wednesday afternoon, both his sisters went out to play in the “Hristo Botev” area, while their mother was at work in Albena until 4:30 p.m. They left on their own and went to the rink through the “Billa” store in the city center, Pro News Dobrich reports. At some point, the middle-aged child disappeared. The other two children went home and told the mother, who filed a police report.
On the morning of August 4, around 10 o’clock, the child was found in front of the underpass next to “Bacardi” at the entrance to the city park “St. George”. It is immediately certified. Injuries were found in the area of the genital organ, but at the moment the medical examiner cannot determine what caused them. It is not excluded that they were the result of some kind of blow, the prosecutor’s office pointed out. And they specified that at the moment there is not the necessary amount of evidence to give a definite conclusion. This is very preliminary information.
Police continue to work with the child. Including specialists from the Center for Mental Health. According to his explanations, a man, who has not yet been identified, took him to an uninhabited building. It is not clear what happened next. Work is underway to identify the man.
Cameras of neighboring establishments captured the man and the child. He is already in custody. Further details of the case are being clarified.
