The giant angel caught the eye before the event, dozens of people took pictures with him. The procession then left Mariánské náměstí after 17:00. He was led by a clarinetist and a singer in a protective shield. The first to be heard was the Christmas song Was the Road, it was trampled, then there were carols. At the head were also two angels on stilts, the third procession closed, who waved to the people, wished them a nice Advent and holidays and greeted the children.

In the Old Town Square, the artists stopped in front of a lighted Christmas tree and angels – acrobats – even danced in front of many onlookers. Then the procession headed back to Mariánské náměstí, where his journey began and ended.

Jakub Vedral, on behalf of the organizers, said the creative team was faced with the question of how to prepare the festival without the possibility of an “organized spectator”. “So we decided to spend every Advent Sunday by sending a different number of characters, puppets and stiltmen to different places in Prague,” said ArtProm’s creative director. According to Vedral, the events are intended to lift people’s spirits and awaken in them the hope that next year will be better.
