One person had to be taken to hospital after a fire broke out in a residence on rue Raoul-Roy, near the Aylmer marina last night.
The flames broke out just before 2 a.m. at the back of the residence.
Fortunately, the timely intervention of the firefighters made it possible to limit the spread of the flames.
Property damage is estimated to be over $100,000.
At present, the severity and nature of the injuries suffered by the person hospitalized are not known.
