The conflict in Ukraine will either grow further, spreading to Europe and other countries, or it will be localized and resolved. This is predicted by someone close to the Russian president, Viktor Medvedchuk.
“Now there are only two ways out: To go to a world war and a nuclear conflict, or to start the process of liberation, for which it is necessary to take into account the interests of all countries. But for this it is necessary to politically recognize that Russia has interests, and they must be taken into account in the construction of the new order. And most importantly, everything should be done honestly, without cheating, without making money from someone else’s blood. But if the world political system is not capable of basic decency, blinded by pride and own mercantile interests, even more difficult times await us,” said Medvedchuk in an interview with the Russian edition “Izvestia”.
He commented that European politicians are dragging Europe into war and economic crisisa.
“Now it is no longer Europe teaching Ukraine politics, but Ukraine teaching Europe how to achieve economic decline and poverty with the help of the politics of hatred and intransigence. And if Europe continues this policy, it will be drawn into a war, maybe even a nuclear one,” Medvedchuk said.
