A fresh agreement between the FIPHFP, the City, and the Hospital is announced

This Thursday, March 23, Françoise Descamps-Crosnier, President of the FIPHFP National Committee, signed in the presence of Corinne Steinbrecher, Arc Alpin Territorial Director of the Banque des Territoires and Guillaume Bonneville, Disability Territorial Director FIPHFP Auvergne[1]Rhône-Alpes, a three-year agreement with the City of Annecy represented by the Mayor and with the Center Hospitalier Annecy Genevois (CHANGE), represented by its Managing Director, Mr Vincent Delivet.

The city of Annecy and CHANGE are the leading employers in the Annecy area and are pursuing their commitments in favor of the disabled, by signing, for the 4th time for the City and for the 2nd time for CHANGE, a three-year agreement 2023-2025 with the Fund for the integration of disabled people in the civil service (FIPHFP).

An agreement with the FIPHFP commits the public employer to a series of actions to recruit and retain people with disabilities in employment. In return, the FIPHFP finances the actions undertaken within the framework of the granted budget.

With an employment rate of people with disabilities of 9.2% for the City and 6.1% for CHANGE, these two structures exceed the legal employment rate of 6%. The signing of these new agreements reaffirms their desire to commit to the recruitment and continued employment of workers with disabilities. The City and the CHANGE are also signatories of the Regional Charter for the achievement of the objective of 6% of the employment rate of public employers in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.

About FIPHFP:

Created by the law of February 11, 2005 and set up at the end of 2006, the FIPHFP, Fund for the integration of disabled people in the Public Service, finances actions to recruit, maintain employment and train people in disability in the three aspects of the Public Service (ministries, cities, departmental and regional councils, hospitals, universities, etc.). It operates throughout the territory and for all public employers by offering occasional assistance on its online platform, or through multi-year agreements with employers and within the framework of national partnerships, particularly in the field of ‘accessibility. Since its creation, the employment rate has increased from 3.74% in 2006 to 5.45% in 2022. The FIPHFP is a national public establishment directed by Marine Neuville. The establishment is placed under the supervision of the ministers responsible for people with disabilities, the State civil service, the territorial civil service, the hospital civil service and the budget” (decree no. 2006-501 of 3 May 2006 ).
