A little later, Azamat Sarsenbaev posted a photo from home with a flamingo.
“I’m nursing a flamingo chick. Fortunately, I have shrimp, sea bass, carp and crucian carp lying around in the freezer. I’ll throw all this seafood into a blender, mix it with water and feed it, let at least one of us feel like a gourmet,” the author shared with subscribers.
Earlier, Azamat wrote that he planned to take the chick to the veterinarian, and then to the place where it was found, so that the flamingo would have a chance to find its flock and return to its parents. However, already in the morning it became clear that the chick was quite healthy.
This morning, December 12, the blogger wrote that the chick is feeling better. He is strong and eating well.
Azamat Sarsenbaev said that after watching the bird all day, he realized that it did not need medical support. However, he doubts whether it is worth taking her back, because the chance of finding his flock is not very great, and the flamingo may die.
The blogger decided to transfer his pet to an animal shelter. He says that it is not necessary to feed shrimp; ground carrots and sprat are enough.
