Like Avicenna’s lasting contribution to medicine, this project will mark the history of Africa. The realization of this hospital with such a budget and so many technical challenges, especially in the current global economic context, reassures Morocco’s determination and its African leadership. It also reassures on the serious management of the recommendations of the report on the new development model with regard to the sensitive health sector. With the help of the private and the public, the space of Health is enriched through the creation of new regional University Hospitals as well as new faculties of medicine in order to meet the existing deficit.
