In the city of Taif, main streets, squares, parks, billboards, billboards and high-rise buildings were decorated with Saudi Arabian flags. A flag hoisting ceremony was held after the march in the city of Al-Baha.
The Ministry of Culture of Saudi Arabia also announced that a flag hoisting ceremony will be held at the ministry building in the capital, Riyadh, and a theatrical show called “Raise” will be held for 3 days with various activities.

On the other hand, Salih al-Mansuf, known as the first calligrapher of the “Kelime-i Tawhid” (La ilahe illallah, Muhammedun Resullullah) on the Saudi flag, was sent off on his last journey on the “National Flag Day”, which was celebrated for the first time.
The Saudi media announced that calligrapher Salih Al-Mansuf, who redesigned the Saudi Arabian flag with the word “Tawhid” and the sword symbol 50 years ago, passed away yesterday at the age of 86.
After the funeral prayer performed after the afternoon prayer at the Al-Babtayn Mosque in the north of the capital Riyadh, Mensuf’s body was buried in the Northern Cemetery in the city.
Mensuf’s son, Abdulmecid, also shared on his Twitter account, “My father, Salih al-Mansuf, passed away on Friday.”
