A fire broke out in a small house on the Frédéric-Mistral impasse, in Montluçon (Allier), this Thursday, March 10, around 8:30 p.m.
The floor plan of approximately 50 square meters, serving as a living room and bathroom, was completely ablaze when the firefighters arrived. However, it had not spread to the surrounding area, the house not having joint ownership.
No relocation required for owners
The seven firefighters from the Montluçon rescue center quickly came to terms with the disaster, under the command of Captain Pierre Stumpf, the center’s chief.
No casualties were reported. The owners did not have to be relocated.

The causes of the accident will be determined later.
Police officers from the Montluçon police station and a GRDF agent also intervened on the spot. The causes of the fire were not yet determined Thursday evening.
