For several years, the department of Eure-et-Loir has been the scene of a renaissance of craft breweries. It is on the basis of this observation that Vitrines C’Chartres, the merchants’ association of Chartres, had the idea of organizing a festival of craft breweries in the department.
Four medal-winning Bonn’Vallée beers in Lyon
“In fact, the idea was given to us by Damien Dorison, the brewer who was present at our Christmas market,” admits Nathalie Casalinho, from Vitrines C’Chartres. Which thus brought together a dozen of the fifteen artisanal brewers of the department or bordering.

“Our goal is not to make sales, it’s to introduce local brewers,” adds Nathalie Casalinho.
Throughout the day, visitors will be able to taste almost all the beers produced in the department. “You are sure to find the one that will delight your palate, whether light, fruity, strong or syrupy,” invites Nathalie Casalinho.
“An opportunity to promote the work of craft brewers, but also to discover new modes of consumption through taste experiences that combine beer and food, by learning about the art of beer cocktails or through innovative approaches to tasting”.
From 7 to 9 p.m., the evening will be animated by a concert by the group Savannah Sun (acoustic trio).

Twelve local brewers. The Chandres brewery, the La Baz micro-brewery, the Nogent brewery, Bonn’Vallée, the Vallée brewery, the Terra brewery (Captain’s brewery), Velvet Thirst (hops from Beauce by Louasville), the Riff, the brewery Cousin, ZZBeers and Cardamine.
