a father and son suspected of pimping

This Wednesday, October 20, the public prosecutor of Thionville, Brice Partouche, announced that the police from the Thionville police station arrested on Friday October 15, in an apartment in downtown Thionville, two individuals, a father and his son, suspected of procuring.

Upon their arrival in the accommodation, the investigators came across these two men, dressed in black and wearing a balaclava, assaulting two prostitutes of Chinese origin, at the threat of fake Airsoft-type weapons. The victims were tied up. It was neighbors who had sounded the alarm.

The defendants, who were taken into custody, are from the region of Forbach, in Moselle-Est.

The prosecution opened a judicial investigation. The phones of all the protagonists have been scrutinized. The first elements that emerge from the investigation show a possible debt that the young women owed their aggressors or their relatives. The trail of the punitive expedition is on the table. It will also be a question of determining if other women are concerned in this prostitution file.

The two victims, not very talkative, returned to Spain, where one of them has a resident card.

The father and son, unknown to the courts, were remanded in custody in Metz and Nancy. They will have to answer for facts of pimping and aggravated violence, in assembly, with premeditation and use of a weapon.
