A father and a child drowned in the waters of the Vit River under the bridge on the Pleven Ring Road, the Ministry of Interior announced.
This was announced by DG Fire Safety and Protection of the Population.
Yesterday at 16.22 in the Central Committee at RDPBZN – Pleven it was reported about two people drowning in the river Vit under the bridge on the ring road of the city of Pleven. Teams from RSPBZN – Pleven were sent to the scene of the accident with 1 fire truck and 1 rescue vehicle.
It was established that a 53-year-old man and a 13-year-old child – a father and a son – drowned. The father was found immediately, but the child was not found. A diving team was sent from the Montana Regional Police Department and found the child’s body.
