Eddie Nikitah scored a late goal to give Arsenal a thrilling 3-2 victory over Manchester United and extend their lead in the English Premier League on Sunday.
It looked like the match would end in a 2-2 draw before Nikitah followed up a ball from close range and scored the winning goal. Arsenal players waited in anticipation of the video assistant referee’s decision before celebrating wildly with the fans.
Arsenal’s balance became 50 points from 19 matches, five points behind Manchester City, the defending champions, who played 20 matches.
