The accident happened on the street on May 5 around half past seven in the evening. Three rescue crews, a doctor and an inspector, set out for the accident.

“One wedged man was undergoing resuscitation, the other man should have a serious injury to his lower limb, and two other people were also injured,” said rescue spokeswoman Jana Poštová.

Prague police spokeswoman Violeta Siřišťová added that a police officer from the Moravian-Silesian Region, who had been here with colleagues due to work matters, had died. “The probable culprit of the accident is a 39-year-old drunk driver who was detained,” stated Siřišťová.
