It is 3:50 p.m. this Saturday when a driver’s vehicle slips on a patch of ice, before strike head-on a concrete utility pole in the town of Ligné, near Champ Rocher.
The driver was transported in serious condition to the Blanc hospital. Its vital prognosis is not engaged. It should be helicoptered to Limoges hospital. The two passengers in the car, slightly injured, are examined at the Blanc hospital.
During the accident, a power line fell to the ground. Five households are without electricity. Enedis technicians are on site until 8 p.m. to try to restore power.
