A police patrol checked a car driving on Place du Champ-de-Foire, in Dreux, Tuesday March 28, 2023, around 6:30 p.m.
The driver, a 35-year-old Drouais, allegedly explained to the police that he did not hold a license and that the vehicle was not insured.

During his hearing, he allegedly said that he was enrolled in a driving school and that he mainly practiced in parking lots.
He is being charged with driving without a license.
