Prof. Johannes George Wexler revealed that dark chocolate is good for health, as it contains more cocoa and less sugar.
The German clinical dietitian said that dark chocolate slowly causes blood sugar to rise. They lead to feelings of fullness faster, thus reducing bouts of extreme hunger.
Thanks to its low sugar content, dark chocolate reduces the risk of heart attacks and strokes. It also works to reduce high cholesterol values.
Fexler noted the importance of the dose. Where it is okay to eat dark chocolate daily at a rate of 20 grams with a cocoa percentage of 70, 80 or 90%.
