The circumstances in which the penalty is reduced: the penalty for drug trafficking is reduced, in order to be imprisoned for a period of one year and in which the imprisonment does not reach a period of 5 years, and the fine must be paid that is not less than 200 Egyptian pounds and does not reach 5 thousand Egyptian pounds, and all this in the case The seized narcotic substances were weak anesthetics, and natural narcotic substances, and this is due to the forensic laboratory and a report on the narcotic substances that were seized and the guilt of the accused who were caught in flagrante delicto.
