The town of Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire, 16,000 inhabitants, benefits from an ideal location and a pleasant living environment in the heart of the Nantes metropolis. Within a department of 100 full-time equivalent agents, you participate in defining the community’s overall educational project, which includes in particular the creation of a new school group and a strategy to combat violence and discrimination. You coordinate services, all activities and systems in early childhood, childhood, youth, education and sport, in conjunction with institutional and/or associative partners. You help ensure the safety of equipment attached to management.
Main Missions:
- Participation in the definition and implementation of strategic orientations across the entire scope of the management’s activity
- Strategic management of the department, made up of early childhood and parenting services, children’s activities – youth and sports, school affairs and administration, catering and maintenance
- Project design and management
- Animation and development of partnerships
- Monitoring of contractual arrangements (CTG and PEDT in particular), public contracts and a public service delegation
- Participation in participatory bodies in the sector of intervention
- Management of human and financial resources of the department
- Organization and management of equipment
Skills and interpersonal skills:
- Know how to diagnose and translate political orientations into action plans,
- Assist and advise general management and elected officials,
- Plan, manage, organize and evaluate management activities and projects,
- Develop and monitor partnership work with institutional stakeholders, the educational and associative community,
- Ability to unite and mobilize around structuring or transversal projects
- Participate in participatory approaches with residents and users,
- Demonstrate responsiveness and adaptability
- Optimize the quality and costs of services,
- Develop a budget and seek funding.
- Master the methods and tools of analysis, diagnosis and evaluation,
- Master the budgetary and accounting rules of public accounting,
- Know the modes of animation of operational management,
- Good knowledge of the regulatory framework of communities.
Exercise conditions:
- Full time (39h with 20 RTT)
- Statutory remuneration of the employment framework of associates + monthly RIFSEEP €1,317 gross
