A digital article at the service of local businesses

The city’s digital support service, Digital Alt, is now one of the main players in the digital development of local businesses. In this dynamic, two initiatives have offered essential tools and advice to local entrepreneurs to strengthen their online presence and improve their commercial performance.

The first initiative is the Digital Halls project: the market center that serves the local economy. The Saint-Hippolyte-du-Fort Digital Halls project aims to create a true digital exhibition for traders, artisans and business leaders in the region. After signing a tripartite agreement between the city, the UCIA and the Tiers-Lieu Le 21 d’Uzès, the market is now being developed. It allows local businesses to sell their products and services online, thus encouraging local shopping and digital transformation.

Several workshops scheduled

Through several scheduled workshops at Digital Alt, merchants, artisans and business leaders will be able to learn how to manage their space on the platform, step by step towards a successful integration, before the move , in the coming months, to the UCIA team.

The second campaign is a company meeting, a better strategy on social networks. On September 23, the second business meeting brought together about twenty local entrepreneurs, who were eager to master social networks to increase their visibility.

Organized by the Piedmont Cévenol Community of Associations and the city of Saint-Hippolyte-du-Fort, this workshop gave participants the opportunity to better understand the operation of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

Thanks to the advice of the head of Digital Alt, Cyrille Arnoux and the digital consultant of the Community of Piedmont Cévenol, Mikaël Palop, companies were able to find out how they could optimize their digital strategy to accelerate their growth. The event, which was very successful, confirmed everyone’s desire to offer more meetings in this format in the coming months.

These initiatives reflect the desire of the city, through its service, Digital Alt, to support local businesses in their digital transition and to strengthen the economy through concrete and innovative solutions. conventional
