Al-Marsad Newspaper: A verbal argument took place between Alaa Mubarak, son of the late Egyptian President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak, and Israeli journalist Eddie Cohen.
Alaa Mubarak commented on the video of the Israeli demonstrators being sprayed with water, saying: “Eddie Cohen is in a hysterical state, holding the hose, spraying the demonstrators with water.
For his part, he responded to Cohen, saying: “This is how, O Alaa Bey Mubarak, you gloat. This is your father. He was the beloved of our heart and the light of our eyes.
In turn, Alaa Mubarak replied, saying: “Oh God, do not gloat, our brother Eddie, and our Lord knows how much we pray for you in the holy month.”
So, O Alaa Bey, Mubarak, you gloat. This is your father. He was the sweetheart of our heart and the light of our eyes. You did not gloat over him, and we were happy when he was treated well in court, and after that he took an acquittal by praying for the Prophet. This belongs to you, my colleague.
