Pardubice – Hradec Kralove 2:1
Three minutes out of four in their assessment of the referees’ commission were dedicated to the East Bohemian derby, and twice it concerned Hradec defender Tomáš Petrášek. The latter fought hard with Tomáš Zlatohlávek in the first half, and the game continued to increase throughout the forty-five minutes. This resulted in a blow to the Pardubice attacker and a yellow card for Petrášek.
Commission: In the 48th minute of the 1st half, the referee awarded a free kick directly to the home team. After the corner kick, a fight broke out between the home team’s player No. 33 and goal team player No. 4. The goal team player put his bow into the stomach of the home team player, who at the same time hit him with his bow in the neck area. Both players cheated. This situation should be settled by the referee member. VAR did not intervene properly.
For the second time, Petrášek came to the attention of the referees after ten minutes of the second half. The experienced stopper was uprooted by Pardubice midfielder Solil, and the Hradec defender ended a seemingly promising situation with a rough foul. Referee Dalibor Černý pointed to the penalty spot first and gave Petrašek a second yellow card. However, after a subsequent VAR intervention, he waved off the penalty kick, awarded a free kick and immediately showed Petrašek a red card.
Commission: In the 51st minute of the game, the referee gave a penalty kick to the home team first and gave the 2nd yellow card and a red card to the player of the away team Number 4. After that, based on VAR intervention, he rightly awarded a direct free kick and was shown a red card for denying an obvious goal-scoring opportunity by kicking the opponent. The offense occurred outside the penalty area, VAR intervened correctly.
The third situation also related to the East Bohemian derby, especially the fight, after which the Hradec Kralove players demanded a penalty for a foul on Petr Kodeš. It all happened after a corner kick, when Pardubice captain Kamil Vacek knocked the Hradec Králové captain to the ground. The referee immediately signaled a goal kick and VAR cleared the whole situation.
Commission: In the 68th minute of the game, the referee did not order a penalty kick correctly for the visiting team. After the corner kick, goal team player No. 22 to hold with the left hand of the home team player No. to the fall of the goal team player VAR did not intervene properly.
Sparta Prague – Slovakia 2:2
As the last minute of the sixth round of the Chance League, the situation of the match between Sparta Prague and Slovácko came under the microscope of the commission of referees. Commission: In the 76th minute of the match, the referee, based on VAR intervention, correctly awarded a penalty kick to the home team for a handball. Visiting team player #10 played the ball with a hand that was above shoulder level. VAR intervened correctly.
