French dish with eggs
It turns out very original.
If you are tired of eating eggs for breakfast, try cooking another original dish. It is very popular in France. And the best part is that you don’t need to take complicated ingredients.
You will need:
egg – 2 pcs., hard cheese – 40 g, table mustard – 2 tsp, sour cream – 40 g, dried oregano – 1 tsp, ground black pepper – a pinch, fresh dill – 1 branch, dried garlic – a pinch, salt – a pinch.
To start, mix sour cream, oregano, garlic, mustard and salt. Take cocotte makers and spread the resulting mass on the bottom. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. It remains only to drive eggs into containers. One cocotte takes 1 piece.
Take out a deep baking dish and place the containers with the blanks inside. Boil water and pour into a large bowl. The liquid should reach the middle of the cocottes. Bake eggs for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees, the portal advises RussianFood. Done!
